Lindsey and Austin’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin engagement session was one for the ages. Lindsey and Austin contacted me to capture their engagement as an ode to their time in Milwaukee, but also to celebrate their love and engagement before their big move across the world! This Milwaukee engagement session had a mix of curated themes and vibes that was special and unique to them, but most importantly what they brought to their session was what created the magic: their pure joy and excitement! These two are the definition of fun and they trusted the process throughout; from planning the session locations to curating the most fabulous outfits to bring their vision to life! 

First stop: Vendetta Coffee Bar in Walker’s Point
These two wanted to start off with an early morning coffee date filled with snuggles and caffeine at Milwaukee well-known coffee shop: Vendetta Coffee Bar. This coffee bar has a mix of vintage and industrial touches throughout that create such a comfortable, but classy vibe perfect for a variety of different outfits for this specific engagement session. Vendetta is also known for their pastries, cocktails, and Italian fare and also offers a host of fun events like live music during the week. The coffee is also AMAZING. During our time here, we may have rearranged the whole coffee bar and had a little too much caffeine, but we had so much fun. 

Second Stop: The Iron Horse Hotel – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
This location was chosen specifically for Austin’s love of motorcycles. This is also a place where Lindsey and Austin like to grab drinks when they’re looking for a little date night. This hotel is known for its great food and drinks, event spaces, and fun events. Our stop here was sponsored by Old Fashioned’s and Harley Davidson motorcycles. 

Third Stop: The Milwaukee Federal Building 
Last but not least, the Milwaukee Federal Building. This is a popular location among photographers and their clients alike to achieve a city elopement-esque vibe. It’s located just in the heart of Milwaukee’s Downtown right across the street from the well-known Pfister Hotel. This location definitely topped off all the vibes we were looking for to bring Lindsey and Austin’s city engagement session to life! 

Running around Milwaukee with these two and capturing such a special time in their lives was just the cherry on top of the start of my slow season. I’m so excited for their future together and for them to get married this fall!
