More about me

With courage and the grace of God (and a supportive husband lol), I quit my full-time job and began to pursue photography full-time. This path has reignited my child-like creativity which I didn't realize was missing in me for so long and was crucial to who I was innately. The relationships I've created with other photographers and my clients are the most rewarding part of this job and is something that I do not take lightly. I am so incredibly grateful to be living this dream and owe it to people like you!

GET TO KNOW ME BETTER

Q1.  What is your go-to coffee order?

I have such a basic order if I don't want to try anything new. I love a good vanilla latte with almond milk, but I will always ask for half the flavor to get that espresso taste! I'm currently loving the salted caramel cold brew at Starbucks right now too.

Q2.  What are you looking forward to ?

I'm looking forward to welcoming our first baby into this world! We love him so much already. I'm also SO excited to go into the busy season and capture all of the love stories!!

Q3.  Favorite part about weddings?

I love a good dance floor! But I love a first look and private vows too. It's just such a sweet moment to see my couples spend time together in the moment.

Q4.  Go-to shoes for a long wedding day?

Adidas Sambas for sure, but honestly no shoe is comfy enough to work a 10-hour  wedding day! When you find the perfect comfy shoe, hit a girl up!

ince I was a little girl, I have always had the itch to be  creative.

S

Whether it was making crafts, drawing, coloring (sometimes on the walls of the house, oops...sorry mom!), or choreographing the next best dance routine. I have always thrived in the freedom of creativity with no right or wrong answers or rules to play by. Without the rules and expectations of others I thrive whole-heartedly in my creativity and create some of my best work when given that opportunity.

Unlike others, photography was not always something that I dreamt of doing. I took a traditional route to my education; obtained a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and worked an unfulfilling and unrewarding job that left me wondering if this is all this life had for me. In 2022, I planned my whole June 2023 wedding from top to bottom with all the details and visually beautiful aesthetics you could think of. I was, for lack of better word, thriving and that's when I fell in love with the wedding industry and felt the push to lean into the unknown.
